Enrollment Process

 

    • Complete the application.

 

    • Schedule and complete a tour of the school

 

    • Read the Parent/Family Handbook, email or call us with any questions.

 

    • Attend a phone orientation and set a start date at that time.

 

    • Complete all the medical requirements needed to meet state laws for medical and turn them in at least 48 hours prior to starting date. This includes a SKIN T.B. test required by DHS and all Preschools statewide.

 

    • Turn in any legal documents for custody, T.R.O.’s or guardianship to keep in our records.

 

    • The first day for the new student starts at 8:15 AM and ends at 11:15 AM. No lunch is required from home as the new student will be picked up before lunch.

Entrance to Preschool Requirements

 

        1. Application is due at the tour of the classroom. Medical and Legal Documents within 30 days of placing your $250 deposit.

 

        1. Early Childhood Health Record Supplement DHS 908.

 

        1. Special Care Plan for Asthma or Allergies.

 

        1. Form 14 Immunizations

 

        1. T.B. SKIN test required and a clearance (not a screening) checklist by the doctor.

 

        1. Emergency Contacts, Consent to Treat, and Child Pick up forms.

 

        1. Parent Consent and Release Forms: excursions, photo, media, sunscreen and repellent, consent to test, and medical liability.Financial Obligation.

 

        1. Tuition must be paid 20 days prior to first day of your child’s start.

 

        1. Scholarship award letter and tuition must be presented 20 days prior to first day of school.

Full Day 6:45-4:00
School Day 6:45-4:00
Daily Work and Play 7:30-12:00
Two SET Days 7:00-3:00

   Tours of the school will be available Virtually Monday – Thursday. Saturday tours in person are available
